Who we are

Pound & Passport is a brand of Sardarp Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16991137), registered office 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. We sell digital spreadsheet templates through our Etsy shop and publish content on social media, including Pinterest. Sardarp Ltd is the controller of the personal data described below and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration reference ZC159488). Contact us at privacy@sardarp.ltd.

What we collect and why

Etsy orders. When you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy shares the order details we need to fulfil and support your purchase (such as your name, Etsy username, the item bought and any message you send us). We use them only to deliver your download, answer your questions and keep the business records the law requires. Etsy's own privacy policy covers how Etsy handles your data.

Messages. If you contact us through Etsy or by email, we use your message and contact details only to reply.

Our own social media accounts. We use official platform tools, including the Pinterest API, to publish content to our own accounts and to read aggregate statistics about our own posts (for example impressions, saves and clicks). We do not use these tools to collect information about individual users, and we do not store data from Pinterest other than analytics about our own account.

Our websites. Our websites (sardarp.ltd and the site that hosts images for our posts) do not use advertising or analytics tracking, and we do not collect personal data through them. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard server logs for security.

Lawful bases

We process order and support data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations (such as accounting records). We process aggregate statistics about our own posts for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Data is held by the platforms we use to run the business (Etsy, Pinterest, Google Workspace for email, Netlify for hosting), each acting under its own terms, and may be shared with our accountant or authorities where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Support messages are kept for up to two years. Data obtained through the Pinterest API is limited to analytics about our own account, and is deleted when no longer needed or when Pinterest's terms require it.

International transfers

Some of the platforms above process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred. Email privacy@sardarp.ltd and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

Our products and content are not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this page if anything changes and show the date at the top.
